“Beautiful, large historic apartment on the bottom floor in a charming, safe neighborhood with brick streets and mossy trees. If you love cool Southern vibes and a comfortable bed, this place is perfect. There's a fun chalk board refrigerator and lots of original features including a claw tub/ shower. (So cool, but could be hard for some to get in and out of. There is a grab bar.) We loved the inlaid wood floors and the stairs to nowhere. Read the house rules. They're funny. H & H is worth the...

“carpet in Rm 160 was dirty, doors to closet and bathroom were very difficult to close properly. Breakfast food was good, but coffee was luke warm and had to be nuked.”

“Toilet in room did not flush. Had to use downstairs bathroom. No discount given. Tried to over charge for pets. No real pet area outside like other Hamptons.”

“The vinyl floors were coming off the base board and there were multiple bugs in the room”
