“We were assigned a suite on the 8th floor. The moment we entered the room, we were greeted by a strong musty, damp smell that seemed to be coming from the air conditioner or somewhere in the room. It did not feel like the room had been properly ventilated. Since it was a room with cooking facilities, I understand that odors can sometimes linger. However, there were numerous food splatters on the wallpaper, which made the room feel poorly maintained. More importantly, there was a dead mosquito...

“The property was in a nice location across the street from the ocean with nice ocean views. It was clean and comfortable. However, compared to every other place we stayed at in Korea, this place was quite dated likely 1980s decor in the rooms. We didn’t use the café on the property, which was very nice with good pastries and coffee and with beautiful ocean views.”
