“Ok hotel but the ladies at the check-in desk are just dry. No courtesy, no smile, no love. You will ve threated and feel like goods. We arrived 50 mins before check-in time and wanted just to register our ids, didn’t need the room yet. “The reason we chose to stay at this place was the falsely advertised picture of the property. They are using Falcon's Nest as their cover image. In reality, it's a different property. We arrived in Hrensko and couple of hours before the check-in I received an email sayin that due to technical difficulties, they could not accommodate us. I read this in one of the reviews but didn't believe it. This property should be dropped by Expedia and not recommended to the visitors. There are many beautiful...

“A bit hard to find the reception, but friendly front desk, free parking, transit passes & sauna were great. No air conditioning, front desk & sauna hours are limited, no laundry. The parking requires some steps and/or a long walk, but you can drop baggage off at the front of the building.”
