“I stayed at this hotel for almost a month and a half on a business trip. The staff is friendly, the hotel is clean, and there is a large shopping mall about 5 minutes away, so it's great for food and shopping. If I go near this city for a business trip again, I would like to visit this hotel again”

“This was a beautiful hotel in Wuxi- we had wonderful rooms and the staff was very friendly. The only problem that I had was the room temperature. Perhaps a problem with Westerners like me, but I need a room to be at least down to 18-20 degrees Celsius/ 68 degrees Fahrenheit in order to sleep comfortably. The room temperature had a lower limit that was simply too hot to sleep comfortably. I ended using a large towel as my cover, but that still left me hot the entire night. If you need a low-temp,...
