“Comfortable room and she staff was informative ”

“Breakfast was disappointing, this is the 1st place I've stayed at in many years that you couldn't make your own waffles. Also several places recently have had biscuits & gravy but not here. Eggs, sausage, bacon, cereals, & breads.”

“Room was nice with comfy beds. The breakfast was one of the best I’ve seen from a hotel. All staff that I personally encountered were great. My only complaint was that you could hear everything happening in the hallway and quite a bit from outside. I had a busybody neighbor unfortunately and their constant coming & going made sleep elusive as the door would slam behind them every time they went in & out. ”

“I booked at this hotel to visit my best friend, I am coming from out of state( Michigan) so reading that the hotel has a hot tub sold me over the other hotels in the area. When we arrived late at night the staff at that time was really friendly and did a great job giving us information. We settled in for the night, and noticed that the cable to the tv that lets you watch tv was broken so we just went to bed. “Maverick Service station right next door was a good place for food and refreshment.”

“Stayed for two nights never got room cleaned or towels refreshed. Pool was cold, was supposed to have hot tub, but didn’t. Was supposed to have free WiFi, but didn’t unless you sign up for membership. Was supposed to have breakfast but didn’t. Unless you buy breakfast in the connected restaurant. Toilet hadn’t been cleaned for a while had stains in the side. Towels were stingy. Very loud!! Could hear everything around you, above you, in next door rooms and hallway. Was an annoying knocking sound...

“The bathroom and beds were new and clean, Big room, ”

“The room and hallway smelled bad enough to cause headaches and I had to keep my window open for ventilation. The shower was slow to drain and I was standing in a constant couple inches of water while showering. The corner piece(plastic guard) was laying along the edge of the wall on the floor and the corner unpainted, gapped drywall was exposed. Otherwise it was clean.”
