“The "free" breakfast was a joke. Everything was prepackaged except for the waffles and the staff was not refilling anything. The ice machine on the bottom floor was empty. When we returned to our room at the end of the day, it was not cleaned, no new towels, the trash was not emptied, the bed was not maid up. When I told the man at the front desk he said they send text to ask about room cleaning but we both check our text for that day and we did NOT get any such text. We will never stay at a...

“An excellent choice if you have a car. Not far from Mempgis, TN. The hotel website says "deluxe continental breakfast" which was in fact poor and with a very limited choice of food and drinks. This needs improving a lot”

However, I would have appreciated knowing ahead of time that the hotel was undergoing renovations, as this impacted the experience more than expected. “When I arrived, there was one person in front of me. It took approximately 15 to 20 minutes to take care of that one person. Then, when I got to my room,unfortunately I didn't notice till later that night, there was cleaner left in the tub. There were spots on the ceiling, worn carpet in the hall, grout peeling around the basin.”
