“Had to shorten my two day’s trip on account of a medical emergency back home. I had to literally beg them to allow me to leave the hotel. The refund was made after numerous efforts and wastage of time. Also the adventure activities the photos of which they exhibit here on the website do not exist at all. They are taking us for a ride. Go at your own risk. Disappointing stay. ”

“出張で11泊宿泊。　ホテルはキレイに豪華に保たれています。部屋には、横幅は狭いがバスタブも有り、夏場であれば45℃設定のお湯が出ます。 タオルはバスタオルとフェースタオル(バスマットと同じものの時も有り）だけ。水は瓶が2本、冷蔵庫は空。Wifiは問題無し。新聞は部屋には提供されない。 停電が多かった印象があります。 朝食は税込み885Rs./日で後付けしましたが、外国人にとっては食べるものが無いです。ソーセージ、ベーコンが無いとクレームしたら、ソーセージは出て来るようになりました。その内、3か所の提供スペースの一つが廃止。とにかく、従業員（ウエイター、ウェイトレス等）が多すぎ、煩わしいです。常に客より多い。 夕食は、日本食レストラン有り。　朝食を提供するレストランでカルボラーナを食べたら激マズでした。”

“The workers are doing their utmost to let you feel comfortable, but the building is in a very pover condition. Toilet and shower don’t work well. It seems like since the building was opened they never more renewed it. It’s very said to see. Many things looks beautifully in picture but in reality its not. But this count for more places in India. Most of the people are proud to welcome you but this is not a place I’ll return for fun. It needs to be exclusively a business trip to be back. ”

"Devo essere sincero, ero molto scettico per quanto riguarda il livello degli hotel a Nuova Delhi ma devo dire che, a parte i dintorni dell’hotel che non sono in condizioni molto gradevoli, sono rimasto piacevolmente sorpreso dall’eccellenza di questo hotel. Camere enorme molto silenziosa a dispetto della vicinanza dell’aeroporto. Due ristoranti dove si può mangiare in modo eccellente sia alla carta che a buffet. Molto comodo perché a 200 m dalla metro metropolitana con la quale si può andare in ogni parte di nuova Delhi. La colazione eccellente e super abbondante con ogni ben di Dio. Sotto all’hotel c’è un supermercato molto comodo e anche un altro ristorante e una pasticceria ma credo che non facciano parte dell’hotel. Nel complesso esperienza molto positiva."
