“Two weeks ago, I used Hotels.com to book two rooms: one for 2 adults and 2 children, and another for 2 adults. However, when we checked in at the LAI Hotel on December 27, the staff informed us that they do not have family rooms to accommodate 2 adults and 2 children. As a result, we were forced to add an extra bed to each of the two rooms (splitting into 2 adults + 1 child per room) and had to pay an additional USD 80. I believe Hotels.com should have verified the room capacity with the hotel...

“My family and I were shocked at how dirty the hotel room’s floor were. Our socks were black just walking around a few minutes. Even with slippers we felt grossed out because it seems as if the staff didn’t clean the floors ever!! The bed was ok and there were basically no amenities . The best part was the location and shower. ”

“A nice and quiet hotel. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. They even arranged to check us in when we arrive earlier than the usual check in time. The hotel also provides free yummy snacks, tea and coffee in the afternoon. ”

“Conveniently located next to a metro station, it’s very stylish and comfortable. Two minuses: not all the rooms have a nice view and there’s no bottled water in the rooms”

“場所よし。コンビニ、スーパー近し。丹丹ハンバーガーが正面。正忠排骨飯も近い。無料のレンタサイクルも便利だが、ホテル出てすぐにYOUBIKEの駐輪所があり、非常に助かりました。六合夜市も三民市場も近い。部屋もフローリングで清潔でした。朝食もおいしくいただきました。また利用したいです”
