“Very nice and helpful, very sweet. Place is very beautiful and cozy. The public bathrooms were amazing and the onsen in our room was really nice. They have a shuttle, just make sure they can pick you up. ”

“All the rooms were incredibly clean and relaxing. The host was very accommodating and the location was perfect. I was able to walk around at night and really appreciate where I was. Also, the sauna was very wonderful and do the matcha tea ceremony. It was very calming.”
