ApartHotel a Johannesburg

“Ellipse has a fantastic location right next to Mall of Africa, and the aparthotel itself was very nice, but poor internal communication significantly hurt the experience. Check-in was confusing since I received no prior instructions, and despite arriving after the 3:00 PM check-in time, I had to wait in the hallway while housekeeping finished up. “Ottima accoglienza, stanze piacevoli e spaziose. Localizzata in un buon punto di Johannesburg, facilmente raggiungibile e col parcheggio interno. Zona sicura.”

“Cleanliness, friendly staff, clean pool”

“Good position in Joburg, pool, gym, good breakfast, staff always nice and ready to help, clean. Only negative thing: the fridge in the room was quite old and noisy.”

“Room was spotless and staff were helpful and friendly”

“Disgusting. Despite giving them the booking reference ID, the confirmation and the paid receipt, they claimed we had no booking. “nice”

“Great staff! Mimi, Fikilie, Theo, Beauty, Liberty- you all made my stay so wonderful. Wonderful location. ”

“Staying at BlackBrick Bedfordview was unpleasant. I booked two rooms for 3 night. In both rooms the locks on the doors weren't working and the sheets had not been changed / cleaned after the previous guest checked out. I complained to management. The locks were fixed but the sheets were not changed throughout my 3-night stay. I will never book or stay there again.”
