“Very Good Room and Nice Ambeince”

“The staff, particularly Deva and Shanti, are excellent. The hotel is new so is very clean and well maintained. The only reason I gave it 4 stars and not 5 is because it doesn’t have a restaurant. The staff will arrange to have meals delivered though or there is a good restaurant just 15 minutes walk. minute away. ”

“The property was clean and the location was good. That was only the good part. Buffet breakfast was included in the package. But the hotel said breakfast will be served in their other property which was 4 kms away and you need to travel on your own. And now, the worst part is, there is a guy called Thomas taking care of buffet. His behavior was extremely rude and disgusting with people coming from this property. I think the management should get themselves involved and sort their internal...

“Foods are not hygienic and taste , I ordered paneer manchurian and I got mixed chicken pieces. They use same vessel for both veg and non veg I suggest vegetarian can have the food out side Rooms are not clean”

“Hotel manager ask cancelled the stay and not yet returned the money. Very worst manager and irresponsible answer. They informed last minute cancalleation after reached the destinations. Money have not returned yet ”
