“We had a great stay! The staff was very friendly and attentive, the breakfast was tasty and the coffee was phenomenal to say the least. The parking was great as well it was very well lit. I would definitely recommend and come back next time I’m in Chicago.”

“Breakfast was about out of food and didn’t look appealing so didn’t eat. Pool was closed (unbeknownst to us ahead of time). Staff were kind and efficient. Lots of parking. Room was clean and bed comfy.”

“The location of the property was in close proximity to the weekend festivities. The driveway on the property was poor and filled with potholes and is in need of repairs. The grounds around the property could be more attractive. The staff was very pleasant and helpful.”

“Room service was horrible. I had to request fresh towels and wash cloths daily. Room service was provided 1 time out of the 4 nights that I stayed. We were also not advised of a shuttle fee as the booking advised that a shuttle was included with the flight. ”

“Great America is across the street and the mall is down the road. Close to the interstate if you want to go to Chicago or Milwaukee. Lots of shops and dining right next to the hotel. Excellent location. We had our dog which isn’t the friendliest dog with other dogs and there were plenty of doors we could access to avoid others. We enjoyed our stay. Rooms were clean and the hotel checked in with us via text during our stay to see if we needed anything. Front desk was friendly.”

“Hotel was under construction, my first room assigned to me smelled reallly bad of animal urine; I told the front desk, no way I can stay in there; so they put me in a suite which had a floor and there was no smell in there so was ok but front desk acted like it was a chore to do.”

“Great find!!! Great staff! Awesome spa area which was maintained very well, and fun little bar. The only it did lack was food on premises, but, literally right outside the hotel doors, there are plenty of options! All around a great hotel”

“I had a pleasant stay overall. The room was very clean and well-maintained, which I really appreciated. The complimentary breakfast was a great bonus—there were plenty of options, and everything tasted fresh. My only concern was the condition of the shower ceiling, which appeared to be peeling and falling apart. It didn’t impact my entire stay, but it’s something that definitely needs attention. Aside from that, everything else was great, and I would consider staying here again.”
