“The breakfast was scanty and the coffee was too weak.”

“Clean, quiet hotel.”

“I did not like how remote the property was to any restaurants or fast food areas. Staff was not real helpful on sharing where food options were located after an evening checkin.”

“Front desk person did not provide any information and placed my reservation on a new Wyndham account instead of the account that I had a card for. Only one towel in the room for two guests and no bath mat. No breakfast as advertised. Homeless individuals in the stairwells.”

“Breakfast is just breakfast. But all in all. Very good value”

“I liked how the room was decorated and put together. There was a lot to choose from on the breakfast buffet and the kitchen kept up nicely with with demand. Without being ask, the cleaning staff removed our dirty towels and replaced them with fresh one. I do believe there was anything to speak of that I didn’t like.”

“I won’t recommend staying at this hotel because it’s not up to code rooms are smoked in and they have strong odor plus it’s a live in hotel you have all sorts of things going on it needs to be renovated and also sheets and blankets smell as if they haven’t been washed or replaced after clients leave. Not recommended pay the extra 30 dollars and have a better stay.”

“Great staff, clean room, rooms not sound proof”

“-Bathrooms need to be caulked (in between bathroom tiles, sinks, toilets, etc) visible mold -Shower liners need to be changed (brown shower liners instead of clear, clean liners) -Mattresses have brown spots in them when you lift up the sheets -Bed sheets need to be CHANGED. Fresh sheets need to be washed and put down for EACH guest.”

“Parking was easy and convenient. Rooms, gym and property was clean. Breakfast was great. Did not really see or interact with staff.”

“A beautiful and romantic Victorian B&B with friendly staff and delicious breakfast. We absolutely loved our stay and would go back again if we were ever in the area.”

“Property was very pet friendly, they provided treats to my dogs. Front Desk Kim was excellent!!!”

“This hotel is in need of repair. The pull out sofa had more rips and tears than what should ever be seen. Way over priced for what you get”

“I would not recommend staying here, our room had a roach. It was presented to the front desk, but they did not seem to care one bit. Very upsetting. ”

“The staff was rude and when I requested creamer for the coffee during the breakfast time the staff refused. I also requested towels because housekeeping never cleaned room. I took the garbage out myself and was told by staff that we had the do not disturb sign on - which was a lie. The do not disturb sign layed on dresser the entire time. Then when I asked for towels they refused to give me any!!!!!!!!!!! We had to go to my sons to take a shower because we did not have towels!!!!!!!”

“Sinceramente, mi aspettavo molto di più. Punti positivi: la posizione, il personale, la colazione, con ampia scelta di caldo , freddo, dolce e salato. Punti negativi: la struttura all'interno necessita di ammodernamento. Gli ascensori erano in uno stato pessimo ed anche le stanze andrebbero rifate. Non mancava la pulizia, anche se non era del tutto accurata, ma le stanze erano vecchie. Sono rimasto un po' deluso.”
