“Great place to spend the night when visiting Syracuse campus. About a 15 minute drive to campus. Super nice rooms, clean, beds were comfortable. ”

“Personale impreparato a fornire risposte sia per la mancata conoscenza che per la lingua inglese. Solo un ascensore funzionante per un albergo di 6 piani. Stanza un po’ rumorosa in quanto adiacente all’ascensore e mancava isolamento acustico. ”

“Il giudizio è condizionato da un aspetto importante, che però non riguarda tutti: l’occupazione della stanza da parte di tre adulti: inaccettabile. Al di là del fatto che il sofà bed non era preparato, ho dovuto chiedere lenzuola, cuscino e federa perché nemmeno mi sono stati proposti. Una volta arrivati in stanza, riscontro che tale divano, oltre che molto sporco, è totalmente inadeguato per l’accomodamento di un adulto: materasso inconsistente su una struttura esile.
