“Simpelthen ikke i orden at opkræve 150 SEK for sengelinned pr. person oveni værelsesprisen. Det står intet sted i beskrivelsen, men man får det at vide præcis et døgn inden opholdet - lige præcis sent nok til man ikke kan afbestille. Værelserne er fine og rene med bad og toilet på gangen”

“Il bagno era sporco e deludente come dimostrerebbero le foto che allegate. Il tetto era pieno di polvere e si vedevano le strisce di sporcizia che non so esattamente cosa erano appese dal tetto. Non era ben spazzata la camera e c’era delle piccole rocce per terra. I cuscini erano piccolissimi e scomodi e la colazione rispetto a un albero di tre stelle era troppo limitato Il check-out come è riportato nelle condizioni generali è previsto per le 11 però alle 9:45 è entrato il personale di pulizia...

“This is a brand new hotel opened in June 2026, 2 weeks before my visit. Staff are amazing, very helpful. Food is excellent. Location is excellent accross from the Lisberg amusment park. The convention center is 10-15 min walking. You can also take the tram but it is just 1 stop away. There was an issue with leak but they moved me quickly to a new room. Room size is OK, little bit on smaller size especially with large king and a small bunk bed. This is amazing set up for those with small kids....

“The room was clean, but had a very bad odor in it. The bed though, was extremely comfortable and that definitely was a plus for us. The breakfast was fine, with enough things to choose from. The light in the bathroom was flickering the whole time, so that was also somehow annoying. All in all, I think we would only stay here again if the prices were more appropriate to what you get and if we were offered another room (that hopefully didn't smell bad).”
