“Our room was neat and clean. The staff was very knowledgeable when asked about places for dinner. The staff was friendly. Great experience!”

“It was walking distance to Wawa. The air conditioning didn't kick the way I wanted it to at first, but I had to give it time eventually. Shower worked the same way. It was lukewarm.”

“The property was in poor shape. Maybe if operators would spend more money on the property and not their cars, it would be better. The room smelled like stale smoke. Just needs a major overhaul. No amenities, heck barely any toilet paper in the room”

“This place is our go to when staying in Richmond to go to kings Dominion. The price is good and it is pretty clean and a pretty big room. We love the kitchen and the big bathroom.”

“The property was clean. I stayed in a suite with a pull out bed and a king bed in a separate room. It’s spacious. However the air worked in the room with the king bed and did not work in the other room where my kids stayed. It was a big inconvenience because we had to sleep with our door open to the kids room. I went to the front desk and the associate was informed of the issue . The thermal was set at 64 and the room was 77 degrees. Mind you it was 90 degrees outside. She explained that...

“They are pretty much the only place in the area was an outdoor swimming pool for less than $100 a night. That being said, we overlooked the rude staff, and the fact that the rooms were only half-heartedly cleaned, and the criminal casing of rooms that the personnel were obviously a part of.... But a total infestation of cockroaches was the last straw. Pool or not, we will never stay there again!”

“Be sure to lower your standards. Room looked like a crime scene. I don't even want to know how many people overdosed in that bed. Dirty, in disrepair, COCKROACHES IN THE MICROWAVE! We didn't even stay. Checked out within 20 minutes and got another room elsewhere and immediately took a shower. Just skip this place”

“This hotel is absolutely beautiful. Staying here was a real pleasure. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. We enjoyed every moment and would 100% come back again. We look forward to staying here in the future and enjoying this wonderful hotel once more.”

“It’s poorly maintained. The photos are not exactly what you get (we missed a table). Cleaning supplies smell is everywhere. The sheet had strains. Breakfast was said to be just a muffin, coffee and juice before 9am (I decided to skip). Really find a better place”
