“Clean and modern. Safe area. Close to restaurants and shops. Convenient drive to downtown. Only annoyance was one of the two elevators being out of service. ”

“It was skeptical at first. I didn’t know what we were getting ourselves into, then I met who also was staying there, it was not all that bad. I had a good time. We were not there as much. Pinball is great if you know how to play. Thank you.”

“The hotel is in a bad part of town. Although the room appeared clean, the decor and feel of the room was straight out of the early eighties. The walls are paper thin. We experienced multiple rooms with fighting tenants and some with "loving" tenants. My son and I were immediately approached by someone, whom appeared to be on drugs, asking for a cigarette, and were asked for money the next morning. If it werent for the 9 hours of driving we had just accomplished, I am not sure either of us would...

“La camera era spaziosa e pulita, il personale alla reception gentile, ma il sito pubblicizzava una piscina che ora è un bel prato. Avevo scelto questa struttura perché mie figlie volevano divertirsi in piscina, invece non c'è niente da un bel po' di tempo ma le foto e le indicazioni dei servizi continuano a mostrare "piscina all'aperto".”

“We had two rooms. Room 512 had a nasty odor. It was very difficult to be in the room, let alone sleep. We kindly explained our situation to the front desk receptionist and she absolutely refused to change our room. We had not used the room or unpacked. She said the best she could do was have the maintenance man 'spray something'. She even told us that the hotel was not full but she could NOT offer us another room. We will never stay at Candlewood Suites again.”

“Staff was nice. BUT…. when we went to the room we were very disappointed, was dirty, floors, bathroom etc.. Bed covers has cigarette burns, it was so dirty on the side of the mattress:( lamp was missing a lightbulb. I saw Wyndham on website, and assume it was a ok, but it’s nothing like the pictures. Didn’t leave because I had no where else to stay and didn’t want to fight over a refund. I don’t recommend, Needs a lot of upgrades.”

“Trash, on the hall way. bathroom faucet don’t work Kitchen very old Pillows blankets are smell cigarettes Foor carpet wasn’t clean $200 hotel like stay in the cheap motel Pictures show different than reality ”

“Slept here for one night, just passing through. Got a good price, the room was clean, but the breakfast was the bare minimum. Need to improve that”

“All was good except the elevators. Only one of 2 worked and I felt very uncomfortable riding it as it did not go to the correct floor and shook violently when stopping”

“For the cost the room was very run down! The bed was uncomfortable and it felt dirty. I was very disappointed!”

“Staff were very nice and helpful. Renovations were being done to the building our room was in, so there were a few issues: no working ice machine, little things missing like the hook on bathroom door, room had an industrial smell when we first checked in (we bought an air freshener to get rid of it), the ceiling over the bathtub started leaking the second night, the grout hadn't been wiped off between the bathtub wall tile. ”

“Room was in terrible condition. Floors were ripped up, paint was peeling off the walls, tried to get towels and they told me they had none. No one was ever at the front desk or answering the phone. They also don’t offer housekeeping on the weekends. Our toilet stopped working and instead of coming to fix it they handed my husband a plunger and told him to try that. Do not recommend this hotel.”
