“We had someone knock on our door at 9:30am on a Saturday to see when we were leaving so they could clean the room.”

“I always stay at this hotel when I fly in from Tokyo to see family. It's next to Lake Ray Hubbard and I-30 so getting to Dallas is easy.”

“I stay in this area often and I wanted to try a different hotel. There’s a little cheaper than the one I normally stay at. I don’t even think for the prize I would stay here again. The bed was so hard that it probably would’ve been more comfortable to sleep on the floor and their AC does not stay on so in other words we got no sleep while we were there cause the bed was so hard and the air would cut off for a really long time. The fan would never stay running. I would not stay here again. ”

“Room was spacious and super clean. The sliding door on the bathroom was hard to close sometimes, so privacy was a bit of an issue. The AC goes on and off rather than regulating at a steady temp, so a bit annoying. Also, the elevator wasn’t working about half the time we were there. Breakfast and coffee good and fresh. Location unbeatable. Decent gym. Some staff great, others a little abrupt. ”

“Great sleep. Friendly desk staff. We arrived early and we were allowed early room access for which we were very grateful. Easy walk to shops, fast food etc. Nice breakfast. Overall a nice stay.”

“Breakfast was terrible! The egg and cheese omelette was still frozen. The pancake machine never worked. The only thing that was edible was the oatmeal. Checking in was horrendous! She couldn’t find my reservation even though I had the expedia confirmation number. Room was clean and nicely put together.”
