“Everything was excellent, except for some limit on breakfast selection, and the person who was supposed to be replenishing was not being attentive. Otherwise, everything was wonderful. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, air conditioned, and a nice fresh smell to the property. The dining area was really comfortable and pretty. “OH MY!! first thing the smell of weed and just broke down all the way around! Walk in the room and boom not 1 but 2 big bugs crawling around the carpet, next to all the cigarettes ashes and the bed that looked so sloppy, like someone jumped on it then just threw the blanket on the bed. I walked in took pictures and walked out. I was denied a refund by the trap house keeper and indeed!!”

“We will never stay here again. We arrived for a late check in on Friday evening and was NEVER informed before or during check in that the elevator was out. We are 70+ years old and our room was on the 3rd floor. The buffet was subpar at best with only one apple available. This was 8:30 am and the buffet ran until 10. The 2nd day, people were waiting for the staff to cook eggs/sausage. On the evening of the 2nd night, a fellow guest was seen vacuuming the 3rd floor hallway. She told my wife...

“Overall the room needs to be completely remodeled. The shower had cracks that were just glued together. The headboards of the bed was peeling. Even though it's complementary breakfast it's the same thing everyday. The bedsheets had holes and the list goes on and on. Wouldn't recommend this place.”

“There is no lobby. It's kept closed off from guests, but the desk person can see & be seen sitting behind the counter looking at you through the door & windows. There's a tiny night window through which he conducts his day & night time guest interactions. Extremely unwelcoming. The room was clean enough altho there was a dead waterbug in the bathroom. “I had an accessible room - four grab bars in the tub and the adjustable hand-held shower head was fabulous! The room was quite large, had lots of lamps and outlets and cell phone plug-ins. The OJ at breakfast was delicious - not watered down like most hotel free breakfasts. Will definitely stay there again. Kathy Berman”
