“It’s a good motel with decent beds & a TV that works. It was reasonably clean. That said: The Bath drain seemed to be plugged with something. Not sure what it was or if it was intentional. There appeared to be some kind of moths in the room flying mostly around the sink and the bathrooms. This was a turn off but not a deal breaker. “Beautiful hotel, needs recycling that’s separate from trash though (had a pop can that I wanted to toss but was directed to put in trash can as if I wouldn’t know the difference; counter staff should’ve just said that no recycling existed). would definitely stay there again, but a greeting that I don’t have to initiate would be nice; streaming worked, bed was comfy, hotel/room was nice & quiet, but didn’t enjoy the stain on one of the sheets. Why sheets with such an obvious stain would be reused...

“no staff at all on site, left my room key in a envelope by the front door. bed was saggy, air conditioner was a window unit in the bathroom so the bedroom was hot. Bed and Breakfast, but all that was offered for breakfast was do it yourself, In your room, oatmeal, but there were no bowls. lawn was overgrown not at all inviting. very wierd and kinda creepy. No horses at the inn at horse farm, might think about renaming”

“This place is gross. We didn’t even stay- there was hair all over the tub and sink, stains on the walls, holes in the walls, dust and pieces of paper on the floor, it smelled bad - terrible. Must not have been updated in ages, and was NOT clean. I checked out as soon as we looked around and the staff wasn’t even surprised. I am pursuing a refund with the manager. I am FAR from high maintenance or demanding, but this hotel was genuinely awful. I didn’t feel safe there.”

“Very pleasant and helpful staff.Gentlman who checked us in was an exceptional employee. Great high pressure shower. Room and bathroom need a detailed cleaning, room is dimly lit. Limited parking in front of building, parking in back is inconvenient for entry. Seating in breakfast is stained beyond cleaning”

“Great location and I think it's going to be amazing after the renovations are complete. The staff was super great to deal with, especially Cassie. One day she was making one of the best I've had at a Residence Inn, and the next day she was helping me check back in when we extended our stay. I would have given 5 stars for all categories, but there was a lot of dust an a few tools to navigate when we went in and out of the building. We will definitely be staying here again.”

“This is a self check/in, which I have done before. I was sent a confirmation with check-in code and told I would be in the forest room. I got to the Inn late, after the PLL lacrosse games and dropping my son off. Around 11:30. When I got to the forest room, someone else was asleep in the room. Thankfully they had used the chain lock on the door, and I saw them asleep. I was exhausted, didn’t want to wake the person sleeping in the room, and called Jesse and who is the manager. He wasn’t on...
