“Booked room and came to the hotel with my wife and 2 month old daughter. No notice of any issues prior to arrival. Arrived 7 hours after check in. Room that was assigned to us was occupied by another guest. We were told that the hotel was short staffed. Other guests were waiting for 1 hour at 11pm. Unacceptable. The manager Carlos did his best to remedy the situation with snacks but we were scheduled to stay for 3 days and had to turn around, drive home and make last minute alternate...
