L'appartamento si presenta pulito e ben servito di elettrodomestici tra cui lavatrice, ferro da stiro, microonde, bollitore (manca solo il phon). La posizione è centrale infatti in appena 5 minuti di passeggiata si raggiungono i punti storici di interesse, per le altre parti di Riga è possibile sfruttare il servizio di trasporto con numerose fermate proprio sotto casa. “This was a very comfortable and large apartment with two rooms and a kitchen/bath. There was a washer and dryer which we did not use but were happy to see. There is a shower and a tub! L'impianto era staccato.Era dotato solo di una stufetta portatile che non poteva scaldare le 3 stanze grandi con soffitti di 4 metri. Siamo morti di freddo e l'host non ha risposto alle ns richieste. La pulizia era scarsa.In cucina non c'era possibilità di avere l'acqua calda. Vivamente sconsigliato.”

“The warmth of this place made me feel like I was at my own home. Stayed a week and I wanted for nothing. Greatly enjoyed it. Coffee provided w french press, which was great first thing in the mornings! The fridge was a perfect size for groceries - store was just down the street! The location is an easy 10 min walk - past many shops and second hand stores - to the train station. So many sites! Make your stay perfect in this VRBO. Best for one or two. ”

“The accommodation was good. A slightly unusual solution was that there was no sink in the bathroom — you had to wash your hands in the kitchen. However, this wasn't a problem. The rooms were clean, and everything necessary was provided. Communication with the host went smoothly. There were several small grocery stores in the area, a few burger places, and some brewpubs. The old town was a short distance away, and buses also ran along the same street.”

“Det var som udgangspunkt en fin lejlighed, den ligger ved en stor indfaldsvej, meget trafik især var det frustrerende at motorcykler brugte vejen som racerbane. At bussernes kabler var fastgjort på husmuren så hele lejligheden rystede hver gang en at de busser kørte forbi. Rengøringen lod en del tilbage at ønske - gulvene var beskidte og bruseforhænget var muggen. Selve lejligheden femstod lidt slidt og nusset. ”
