“Albèrgo nuovo, situato in zona strategica vicino le principali arterie. Stanza grande, servizio quasi inesistente, pulizia poca... Addirittura la stanza è stata pulita 2 volte in 6 giorni, così come il cambio biancheria”

“I will definitely be back but very frustrated with the reservation system. I reserved the Manor Queen suite which was supposed to have a queen and a pull out couch. We were being our son with us so when we got in room and found a king and just arm chairs I wasn’t pleased at all. He had to make other arrangements to stay somewhere else.”

“Lobby was a bit small and dated, however the room itself was spacious and appeared to be clean for 2 adults and 1 toddler. Pool area was clean however the pool itself was small and not heated. Also, the pool towels were thin/small gym towels as opposed to bath towels. One did not even fully cover my toddler. Front desk staff were nice, although frequently away from the desk making it difficult to ask questions or connect on issues. Breakfast staff was present but somewhat unhelpful (example,...

“The walls are very thin between the rooms to the point that I had to call the front desk at 11pm for the neighbor making calls and it sounded like he was in our room. We had to use a plumbers helper from the time we checked in until we left to flush the toilet.. Not a good experience but the staff was kind enough to provide us with the plunger..”
