“Amazing staff and great atmosphere next to masjid Alharam. Special thanks to Mr. Abdulrahman at reception who welcomed us and helped us with everything. Lunch (Iftar) was wonderful with so many selections of different food to chose from. Room service is great as well. Walking distance to Masjid Alharam and next to Alsafwa shopping mall.”

“I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It was very clean, and the service was excellent throughout my visit. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with anything we needed. The hotel is not far from Al Haram, and they provide a free shuttle bus to Al Haram approximately every hour, which makes getting there very easy and convenient. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Makkah and would definitely stay here again.”

“Amazing staff, great view of clock tower , extremely clean and very good amenities. If you are looking at one stop away via shuttle bus with not too much rush near haram waiting for lifts this is the place to book. Royal suite best option with kids. ”

“The hotel is not by any mean a five star hotel, maybe 3 star and the price paid was too high for this price range. The positive thing about this hotel is location, it's very close to haram, maybe just 2 mins. In our room, bathroom's door was broken and staff refused to change room citing availability issue nor provided any extra service as compensation i.e. additional meals. Overall I would recommend to get another hotel, maybe in clocktower if you want a close hotel, or get any other 3 star...

“Breakfast had plenty of options, we tried to have it every morning as much as we could. Breakfast ends at 10am. The hotel is on a steep hill but they do have driving cart services where a driver will drive you down the hill and from there it’s a very simple path to the haram coming in from the bottom right side around gate 94/Abdul Aziz gate which has both an escalator down to the ground floor of the kaba where you can do your tawaf (they only let you i”

“Excellent customer service and good customer care, I must mention a name Imran Hussain who guided us on many issues as we were not able to speak Arabic language. I recommend this place to stay not far and a free bus shuttle 24/7. ”
