Hotel a Kabletown

“The property seemed new. Clean rooms, comfortable bed, and nice breakfast. internet was a little shaky and the TV reception seemed to be very limited. No movie channels etc. Otherwise very handy location”

“Nice, clean hotel at a good price. Comfortable beds. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We came from a wedding and had a lot of leftover food and part of a wedding cake, and the staff kindly kept it for us in their fridges. Breakfast was good- I appreciated all the toppings for the waffles. Excellent experience.”

“That staff was great , the room was good size . The li ens were nice and clean . Draw backs were the rug seemed dirty as was the microwave ( it had spilled food on the bottom and inside the door, so was not cleaned between guests)”

“Nice accommodations except there was no body wash in the shower, and I didn't notice until I was in there. Breakfast was okay, waffle mix was empty and had to wait until the desk person could get the kitchen worker to respond. The worst part was workers outside near the door smoking.”

“Staff was nice. Hotel was clean. Breakfast was so good and well stocked. Pool table was fun. Great stay. Will be coming back.”

“We were coming in for a soccer game so we decided to stay closer. Loved how pool stays open till 11 so we could get in pool after we arrived. It’s heated but you will need to ask them to turn it on. It was a bit nippy. Very pet friendly which wasn’t a favorite of mine but glad our room didn’t show any signs of pet ware or smell like pets/smoke.”

“Everything was fine except we had to switch rooms 3 times, 1st room no air 2nd room no tv other than that every thing else was good.”

“Facility appears “worn” with carpet needing to be replaced in hallways and bathroom was not as clean as it should have been. Breakfast was OK and staff there were very friendly and helpful”

“I had a King Room - Non Smoking. My room was the third room in a hallway from a downstairs lounge. Smoke filled the corridor. There were closeable doors next to stairway down to the bar. Desk staff said she had never seen them closed in her 5 years there. I asked to be moved to another area away from the lounge. I was told nothing was available. Towels in the door gaps could not keep the smoke out. I will not stay there again.”

“The hotel is about 10 minutes from the main Harper’s ferry attraction and brewery. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Downside to the hotel- it doesn’t look like it was well maintained! There were numerous spiders in the room, we didn’t have hot water when we showed late at night. Overall, the hotel is just mid and could be better maintained”

“Breakfast is always good. Fresh. The staff is incredible and the night front desk lady (forgot her name) was engaging and so, so, helpful to everyone. Room was clean, halls didn't smell like pot (which a lot of hotels struggle with), it was quiet, and very convenient to races/slots. The shuttle bus was also clean with a friendly driver who was prompt.”
