“No issues with the room or the staff, they were fine. My problem was with the noise. The restaurant is central in the hotel, and there is an open space above it and the hallways to the rooms. The noise travels up and seems to be amplified by the acoustics. I could hear everything that took place 2 floors below me. ”

“Staff should improve on understanding English to avoid giving wrong answers for eg i asked whether the room has been paid for when check-in the male staff said yes however the next day while checking out another female staff said I have to pay for the room. Miscommunication. ”

“Great place to stay. Stayed for two weeks. Very helpful staff. One suggestion on the Nusara and Muttuswami, hige manpower that serve but nonone attends on priority id we have asked for something. They just need to be efficient.”
