“Wasn’t Gods stay. Firstly they said don’t have booking confirmation, secondly no car parking space (parked car outside the hotel), thirdly no wifi ( said its not working ) and finally rude front desk staff.”

“There is no property with such name. Expedia took money from me in the name of bogus hotel which doesn’t exist and after that they done have a customer service number where we can put our complaint. Worst company and I am going to posit about it on social media as well”

“Shambala is a quiet plantation stay a few kilometers away from Yercaud Lake and the other busy tourist areas. The manager, Mr. Ravi, front desk manager, Jayaram, Chef Sundar and the restaurant and maintenance staff all personally attend to you and offer really great service. The place is clean and well maintained, and there is wifi even inside the rooms.”

“Shocked with the hotel. It’s little better than lodge & feel terribly cheated having paid 10k a night. I understand it was Christmas weekend but anyone booking should not pay more than 5k a night. Sheets & towels were clean ”
