“Highly recommend! This was our second stay. We stayed in the winter and now during the spring. Make sure to book concierge and ask for a room facing the back of the property where you can watch the deer that come down to the feeders. During our first stay we used the courtesy shuttle to camelback where we enjoyed the slops. This visit we went ATVing and had an absolute blast. “It was okay, paid way more than its worth though. This is not a 200$ a night space, but I had no other choice. Would rate higher if it was priced accordingly, front desk staff was great.”

“We ended up not staying the night. There was no on site staff. The room was cold, you couldn’t adjust the temperature. The bathroom door didn’t close. The water was ice cold, even after running for 10 or so minutes, as the contact person told us to do. We booked the room with the hot tub, which wasn’t usable, so they put us in a room with a jacuzzi tub, not the same thing. Lastly there was a fitted sheet on the bed, but no top sheet under the comforter, which didn’t feel like luxury bedding as...

“The reviews of this place are incredibly polarizing. Some people think it is the worst place they have ever seen. Others think of it as a twee little time capsule, an example of the pocono mountains in their former glory. The truth is a bit in between, though it is, in cat the worst place I have ever stayed. (And I am a sucker for cheap motels) You can see evidence of its former glory. It seems kinda clean, but it is very run down. Whoever runs this place has done a number of shoddy repairs....

“Loved staying here: the only issue I had was they did not discuss the amount of the security deposit while checking in and automatically charged my card an extra $200. I feel communication on their end should have been better with that. The room was very nice but once we turned the AC on in the bedroom a bunch of black stuff shot out all over the bed. Def did not enjoy that. Maybe it just needed a good cleaning prior to use.”
