“Loved the view of the river, the river walk with daffodils, the nice amenities, staff, & overall fun atmosphere. Good food and drinks there as well, especially with the Irish music on St. Pat's. Just wish there was a coffee pot in the room. ”

“The hotel is located in an area next to railroad tracks with regular trains moving back and forth. The noise from these trains were disturbing to sleep and rest. The hotel lacked some basic amenities which should be included in the price and this was disappointing. The staff was courteous, friendly and helpful, especially when another guest was creating a ruckus in the room next door. Standard fast food franchises were available a short distance from the hotel.”

“Tiipico pernottamento di passaggio per cui quello che conta non è la location o il panorama ma la comodità di accesso e la posizione sul,percorso . Comodo quindi essere nell'area di un mall commerciale ed avere dei ristoranti a portata di mano ( peraltro con sconto da hotel)”

“The lady at front desk was very nice and helpful. Check in did took a good 20ish minutes because only one person was doing everything.! The room was okay. Good size pool. Breakfast was good not a whole lot but everything was good. They do have side doors open which is kinda creepy because anyone can just walk in without being noticed. Otherwise it was ok. Near by gas station and restaurant 8 minutes away from Ilani casino and 10 minutes away from In-and-Out. ”

“This hotel is centrally located and just off I-5. However, it could use some upgrades. The hot tub was falling apart. The bathroom had calk coming off the tub. The bathroom wasn't clean. The elevator had the same dirt for several days. There was a good selection for breakfast.”

“The towels had stains, place was dirty lamps didn’t work and I wish I could attach the pictures so they speak for themselves. Never again.”

“Room floor was dirty. Room door entrance was damaged. Bathroom needed re painting. Not enough shampoo in the small tubes. Staff was rude about the cash deposit they wanted that was not in the details when I booked the room. I had to go to ATM to get the cash out or we couldn’t have the keys. Didn’t know about that as I wouldn’t have stayed there otherwise. Noisy as there is a bar just facing only yards away and they drink outside. Allows pets so a dog was barking most of the night. Not a good...

“Breakfast was great, we were happy and pleased. The employees were welcoming and friendly especially Vanessa. She was really nice. I was just disappointed that the hot tub was not running because it was being renovated during our stay. The very reason I chose this Best Western was because of hot tub. But of course because of the good reviews and reasonable price, I chose this place also. The place was clean.”

“I reserved a room a week before but arrived to find that there was no room available, reservation not honored. They told me that the people who lived there had first right to extend their stay. Scary because we arrived at 7 pm and we had no where to stay.”
