“L'albergo è abbastanza fuori mano e per raggiungere il centro urbano l'unico modo è prendere un taxi, che costa tra i 15 e i 20 dollari a seconda dell'autista. I ragazzi alla reception sono molto gentili e disponibili, ma l'albergo è abbastanza scadente. La mia stanza puzzava di fumo, le lenzuola avevano macchie di rossetto e nei corridoi c'è stata confusione fino alle 3 di notte. “Gentleman that checked us on was very nice and outgoing. Room was comfortable and quiet. The courtyard in the back was a nice amenity as it was a warm spring evening out and we were able to have pizza and a beer out there while letting our new puppy explore the great outdoors.”

“Hot tub was broken. Blood on the sheet. Our room was close to the bar and it was so loud our baby kept waking up all night long, well after the 11pm close time. Staff was nice and respectful.”

“Not sure what was going on with this location. I spent three nights here. The last 24 hours was unbreathable. The entire place smelled like a sewer. Especially the fifth floor, where my room was. The staff was not even concerned. So we took for granite. This was a regular thing. Very nice location just not happy about the smell of the place.”

“Wound not recommended the restaurant within the hotel. We went there for breakfast. Portions are small for price. No jelly with toast and one waitress serving the whole restaurant. This is the only downfall of our experience. Room was adequate. Everything seemed to clean. Staff was helpful.”

“Would not stay here again. Staff was nice but hotel is just so-so. Bed looked lumpy which was the comforter and mattress was uncomfortable. Two lights flickered when turned on so it was sit in the dark or feel like your in a haunted house. The bathroom door would barely close, you had to slam it with all your weight for it to latch, no soap in the bathroom and shower had black discoloration around the bottom. ”

“I would love to stay here while I'm working in Kalamazoo, but I just because of the cigarette smell in the room. It was 100% smoke free.... I just got home and I have to wash all of my clothes. Even the clean ones. My family could smell the cigarette smoke through my suitcase when it was sitting in the kitchen. Staff was nice though.”
