“Lovely reception from the owner, who was very informative about local places to visit, eat and fish. Room had everything we needed for our 3 night stay, including a portable stove. Outside had a bbq with everything needed to cook on it. We also had a lovely farewell from the owner as we were leaving.”

I was surprised that it actually wasn’t very noisy given the proximity to the highway. I appreciated that I was able to check in after 5 and the 11am checkout was nice too. “The main attraction was the Mexican restaurant with bar attached (and happy hour, which never disappoints). While there wasn't actually a lot of Mexican food on the menu, what was there was very good. A couple of biscuits in the room with coffee would be good. Convenience - room/restaurant/bar was the big factor. ”
