“Here’s the deal, I think things are either 1 star or 5 star. I don’t think the stay deserved a 1 star, but it’s a huge stretch for a 5 star. The place definitely is nice for the price and you can tell people who have stayed have been rough on it. The communication with the property manager was good, they are quick to respond. Here’s the issue, they don’t have water continuously running, it needs to get pumped in, so for our 2.5 day stay, we ran out of water 3 times and needed them to pump water...

“This was the highlight of our trip! The house is absolutely amazing and the view is breathtaking. We were in awe the entire time. The staff went above and beyond our entire stay! We couldn’t have asked for a better trip. If you want to look at the most amazing view, stay in a spectacular house, be waited on, cleaned up after and cooked for this is your place! The food was amazing for every meal. Best memories to be made!”

“The villa is amazing and we had an overall good experience.The spa bath is still not in a working condition and was never communicated to us.The property is beautiful but not well kept,with dodgy electricity cables in the wardrobes,no usable outside barbeque.Poor communication from the property manager,did not reply to our emails apart from check out details.No clear instructions re garbage etc.If you do not plan to rent a car this property might not be the right choice.We did enjoy our stay and...

“Allgemein ein guter Aufenthalt. Reinigung, Bettwäsche und Badetücher, sowie Stromverbrauch musste zusätzlich bezahlt werden. Für mögliche Belegung mit 10 Personen sehr knapp ausgestattet! Geschirr zu wenig, nur 6 Liegestühle, zu wenig Sitzgelegenheiten! Trotzdem schöne Anlage.”

Variety of breakfast were appreciated and really tasty. Additional beach chairs should be considered in villa. Look forward for next stay.”

“Alt var fuldstændig fantastisk. Selvom man bor væk fra stranden og indkøb, kan der altid tages gratis tuktuk nærmest lige når det passer en. Personalet fortjener stor ros og kommunikationen var utrolig effektiv. Vi kommer helt sikkert gerne igen. ”

“The villa is nice clean and spacious especially for two ppl. However the location description was misleading I thought everything would've been A short walk until I realized how for up in the mountain it is the roads aren't fixed properly it was hard for cabs to get there some nights we couldn't get cabs I literally missed my bday dinner because I was unable to get a cab for a destination that was 8 mins away. I didn't like the random ppl working on the villa walking around I wanted privacy....

“Das Appartment ist gross und modern, es hat einen grosszügigen und schönen Wohnraum mit offener Küche, 2 Schlafzimmer, jeweils mit angeschlossener Dusche/WC, zusätzlich gibt es eine 3. Toilette. Insgesamt 3 grosse TV (brauche ich im Urlaub zwar nicht...), Aussenanlage mit viel "Grün" und mit eigenem pool. Über dem Appartment befindet sich eine weitere Wohnung, die nicht immer vermietet ist und von der auch praktisch keine Sicht auf den pool möglich ist, deshalb ist die Privat-Sphäre weitgehend...

“The villa is spacious for a large group of people, it has a separate dinning area, a big living room, common area and 6 bedrooms. However, the pool is comparatively small and not for swimming. The service from the staff is excellent and the chef cook very delicious Thai food. Only thing need to improve is the cleanliness of the villa. ”

“Apt was in the middle of no where Apt had seen better days,wasn't very clean, we didnt even unpack are suitcase went on line and booked a different hotel and left straight away.”

“The place wasn't ready when we checked in. The pool wasn't ready and not clean. The smell inside the house was horrible. The 4th bedroom upstairs was so dusty and smelly! Can't even been use. My nephew got cut on his foot with broken tile by the pool. ”

“There's a lot of negative experience while staying there 1) There's no water supplied when we just moved in, we need to contact them and wait for them to send a water truck to refill the water tank. 2) Electricity has a free of charge quota. there will be additional charge once it hit over the quota. Although it has been stated down in the T&C, but the electricity meter was consuming almost 1 kwh per hour, a quota of 150kwh for 3 days is unreasonable low. We didn't even spend time in the villa...

“We stayed at 2 bedroom with private pool. The pool was nice, but we noticed that there were many dead insects floating in next morning, can only swim after the staff clean the pool. The hotel is really near to the beach, massage shops and beach restaurants. Location is generally far from all the famous attractions. Downside is that there is no 7-11 or proper grocery shop nearby. Not convenient to get anything. Really near to FantaSea but have to walk across main road which is not safe for family...
