“Struttura molto pulita personale molto gentile e disponibile. A 20 minuti dall’aeroporto in una baia con belle spiagge. La spiaggia è raggiungibile a piedi in 5 minuti ma x visitare l’isola consiglio di noleggiare uno scooter proprio vicino all’hotel con soli 6/7€ al giorno. La benzina costa 40 centesimi al litro. Si possono facilmente raggiungere le più belle spiagge”

“Really enjoyed my stay at Bayou. Staff were amazing. Room was clean with all the facilities (including kettle & iron board for those insane people who like to iron on holidays). Breakfast was great, both western & malay, different options everyday, including omelette station. Walking distance to beaches, restaurants and duty free. Only slight downside was pool is wading only... but that is the only minimal. Would definitely stay here again.”

“Great three night stay at The Bayou. Staff were polite and helpful with check in. We stayed in the Deluxe Super King which was modern, spacious and clean. The little snacks and drinks vouchers were a lovely touch. Air con worked very well with managing the temperature.
The aesthetic of the hotel was beautiful and all areas were well maintained. The pool was a great temperature and we never struggled to find sunbeds. View from pool is lovely, especially during sunrise.

Super helpful staff are reachable via WhatsApp all day to provide service and advice. You can choose meals in your villa or in the resort restaurant. The villas are meticulously cleaned twice a day, including the pools (to remove leaves etc). The view of the surrounding environment from inside the villa is enhanced by huge windows that face the pool. Lots to observe, both flora and fauna....

“The name "Paretto Seaview Hotel" is little misguiding. After we checked-in only we realized that there are only a few rooms may have the sea view. But, it's only a few minutes walk to the beach, which was really great. The staffs were extremely friendly. And, the person at the front office was extremely helpful. they let us check-in early as well. I would stay again in this hotel. ”

“Trevligt och personligt men enkelt hotell, mycket fräscht och personalen var hjälpsam. Hotellet ligger ett stenkast från huvudgatan där det finns ett bra utbud av restauranger och minimarkets. För att komma till den badvänligaste delen av stranden där det även fanns palmer för skugga fick man gå ca fem minuter, antingen längs med stranden eller på huvudgatan. På stranden direkt nedanför fanns dock solstolar med parasoll att hyra. Strandhanddukar fanns att låna gratis på hotellet. ”

"The hotel/resort is in a nice location, a 5 minutes walk from the beach and a 15 minutes walk from the center of Cenang.
The front desk staff is always very nice and polite, the staff at breakfast not so much.
I stayed here 3 nights, the room was big enough for me, but had I been with someone else (it was a double room) it would have probably been a bit small.
After the first night the room was not cleaned, they just provided new water bottles and fresh towels, but floor and toilet weren't cleaned. After the second night they actually cleaned.
There is a major water pressure problem, water is always cold, no matter the hour of the day you are showering and to get into pressure it takes a few seconds.
Very noisy rooms, you can hear everything your neighbors are doing or saying, in every possible direction (upstairs, downstairs, left, right, front), which may be a problem if your neighbors are indian or drunken russians like the ones i had.
Bed was ok, nothing to tell home about but not bad either.
No services provided (no in room dining, no shuttle for the airport, no bike rental, etc.) apart from the breakfast, which was nothing special but did its job. After all a very mid structure, not bad but not great either. More like a 3,5 stars than 3 but hey, let's be strict."
