Hotel a Kampung Pulau Serai

“It's a really nice homestay, though it's in the middle of nowhere. But i guess that could be a plus for some people”

“Room is spacious and room service calls were attended promptly. Thank you. Buffet breakfast is RM35. Salad not fresh. Nice to have a gym. One machine out of order and dumbbells have missing piece. It was locked even though was operating hours. Had to call personnel to unlock. ”

“On one of the day my room was not cleaned,i asked the guy and he said i did not inform him,i told him it should be the other way around,if i inform him not to clean then there is no need to clean otherwise he should clean.Maybe the management should put the label slider or a hanger on the door to indicate if cleaning of the room is required. Other than that,not much issues,room and toilet is small but i took the standard room and for the price,there is no complaints.There is only one coffee shop...

“Dreamcatcher's home is an excellent place, rooms are small, but they are extremely clean, the beds are very comfortable, and the shower/bathroom is huge and very clean, A/C is nice and chilly as well which is a staple for the region! Thank you guys for the excellent stay!”

“Pros The bed provided a good and comfortable sleep experience. The bathroom ventilation fan was working well. There was proper lighting at the dressing desk, which was helpful for makeup or grooming. The air conditioner cooled the room effectively. The lift was in good condition and functioned properly. Cons Poor bathroom condition: The bathroom was in very poor condition and clearly in need of an upgrade. In the first room, the shower heater was not functioning, which required a room...
