“Room fine....needed to ask for a towel and toilet paper but these were provided quickly Hotel is difficult to find as no road signage Staff at reception not very friendly but staff did help look for lost passport on last day Good value for money on Expedia website”

“The property manager, Faisal, was extremely helpful with any accommodations needed, and assisted with local foods, transportation, and even hand delivered breakfast to our room himself. Kerala is such a beautiful place, and the people there are all beautiful as well.”

“Really good resort, with the major positive being the property itself — you’ve got the backwaters and the beach on hotel property, and getting around is as easy as walking or calling for a buggy to transport you. Staff is also really warm and take great care of you.
