While all of the service staff were very kind, this didn’t feel like the quality stay that I expected based on the booking cost. This is listed as a 4-star property on Google, but it feels much more like a 2-star based on the facility and amenities available.

Our stay at the ITC in Coimbatore was amazing! Special shout out to Blessie and her team ! They work all hours of the day and always have a smile on their face. They are there at breakfast at 7 am.
