“I went and right when I got to the room the room smelled like weed it had roaches all on the balcony and the tv was not working at all there was crumbs all in the carpet, we called downstairs 3 times to let them know and they said don’t worry about it we will keep it noted so we will get our deposit back whole time once we checked out they kept our deposit and charged us a extra $200 and the breakfast was nasty and in the hall ways they have trash bags just laying everywhere around and there...

Breakfast was always stocked and staff were keeping things clean and wiped up. I was really disappointed with my bed. The bed had a severe sag. I’m not particularly heavy. 185lbs but the bed seemed worn. I slept poorly the entire stay of 5 nights. The manager attempted to help with another room but the bed in that room appeared to have the same sag...

The room was so nicely decorated, very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. The bathroom was perfect! We will definitely stay there again if in the area.”
