“Ein außergewöhnlich guter Service! Supernettes kleines Suitenhotel. Ort, Lift und Therme fussläufig erreichbar. Insgesamt ein sehr schöner Urlaub. Hervorzuheben ist der besonders zuvorkommende Service, der wirklich außergewöhnlich war! Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt, vielen Dank dafür! ”

“Virkelig dejligt Gasthaus hotel med god restuarant, centralt beliggende i Kaprun. Vi blev ved ankomsten opgraderet til et større værelse uden beregning, og var meget tilfredse med hele opholdet. Inkluderet i opholdet var til vores overraskelse blandt andet et frikort til mange lifter i området. Både området, byen og hotellet kan varmt anbefales. ”

“I booked my room with a prepaid rate. Having already booked, I was told that there would be no one on reception to receive me so I would have to go to their sister hotel to receive my key. This turned out to be a 15 minute walk away, hugely irritating as I arrived after dark in a new town by taxi. I was then told that the spa/sauna facilities were not working at the apartments and so I would have to use the facilities at the hotel, just not convenient at all. Once in my room, I found the TV was...

“Nice rooms, it was nice with the bathtub and a cute balcony. Resturant in the bottom floor was good and the staff there was helpfull even if they weren't part of the hotel. Parking facilities in the basement were excellent.”

“Pros: Die Lage der Unterkunft ist super für fußläufige Ausflüge Richtung Maiskogel. Die Vermieter sind super nett und jederzeit ansprechbar, da sie unten im Haus selbst wohnen. Besonders toll fanden wir den unheimlich gepflegten Garten mit Klettergerüst und Trampolin - ideal für Kinder. Cons: Die Ferienwohnung könnte etwas mehr Geschirr haben, damit man nicht ständig den Geschirrspüler anmachen muss.”
