Chalet a Karangasem

“Loved staying here to get away from the ubud and seminyak traffic and experience the eastern part of bali It was the perfect base for our diving trips, as amed and tulamben USAT are so close by. A huge shoutout to Dayu at the front desk, who suggested we join the rice fields activity! Walking through the nearby fields, learning about the subak irrigation system, and trying out actual farming activities was such a wonderful hands on experience. “I really can't think of anything negative about this place. It was quiet, I loved my bungalow (incl the covered outdoor bathroom), loved the pool, nice pool towels, room amenities incl extras I haven't seen in other hotels in Bali or Sumatra, good A/C, coffee replenished daily, friendly and helpful staff. “Schönes ruhiges Hotel mit sehr freundlichen Mitarbeitenden und Ausblick auf die Reisfelder”

“This is not a luxury hotel but the service and the attention to the customer needs is higher than a 5 star. So many small attention that you cannot find in other place. Just one small suggestion. You have great food, don’t try to give mistaked plate to your customer.”

“I booked a deluxe room with ocean view. Their property is right on the beach, not merely nearby, like many other places that have beach in their name. Friendly staff, great restaurant, hot shower, big clean room, balcony, cold a/c. Near snorkelling sites. I highly recommend this stay.”

“The service at breakfast could be a little better in explaining the breakfast rules somewhat shortly explaining the real service was missing not a disaster but for improving quality”

“Bellhotel, piccolo e raccolto. Staff molto cordiale ed efficiente, piscina bellissima e colazione super.”
