“The Hermosa Garden Hotel is a delight. It exudes old world charm and traditional tastefulness whilst being thoroughly modern, spotlessly janitored, and decked with all the conveniences the demanding business traveller has come to expect. The neighbourhood is a bit of a distance to the city center during peak hours but it more than makes up for that with the tranquil greenery and upscale vibe. And if you plan well, getting to downtown from the area isnt the hassle it used to be a couple of years...

“We were not lucky on the night we stayed. There was a power outage late night in parts of Kenya and hotel’s power generator was on and it made loud noises. We could not sleep well. We understood that it was not hotel’s fault. All the staffs there are very nice and helpful. Breakfast was good and sufficient. We will come back after our safari trip and we hope room will be quiet.”

“Super pleased with our stay here! The room was clean, cutely decorated with lots of space. Shower was big and had ample hot water (after about 30 secs of running).
Staff was very friendly with extra props for the kitchen crew and chefs. The food was so good at the end of our Nairobi trip we returned to Acacia Tree just to eat.”

The property is often used as a pre or post safari hotel.
But I used it as my destination resort in its own right & I was thrilled with everything, especially the kind & thoughtful attention from all the staff.

“Vi hade Margarita House som bas under 2 veckor i Kenya när vi gjorde safaris och utflykter till bl.a. Masai Mara, Crescent Island, Karura forest och Sheldrick Trust.
På det sättet slapp vi släpa på alla resväskor och kunde resa lätt på utflykter och safaris och det var det värt alla gånger.
Personalen är helt fantastisk, så hjälpsamma och vänliga.
Mysigt poolområde och en välskött trädgård.
Bra frukost och bra mat i restaurangen.

“The area was very safe and relaxing. wonderful for families ,we traveled with our five year old son who had a great time in the park like yard area. The swimming pools were fenced for the safety of small children. I am so thankful to the staff for making us feel at home.”

“Peter was an excellent host! He took great care of me and made sure I had everything I needed. There was an unexpected change to an alternate location instead of the guest house location that I booked which was a little confusing on arrival. Luckily I did not miss the pool. Meals served were very good and much appreciated. Food prices were not disclosed in advance but were reasonable. Peter made my stay enjoyable!”
