Hotel vicino a Karen Streeter Greenway - Post Falls

“Brand new hotel, nice staff. Short walk to town, or you can drive in a minute.”

“Place was clean and the property was really nice!!!! We loved the golf simulator downstairs and was able to bring our family together there on our last night. Front staff was absolutely wonderful and we appreciate the hospitality. Only 2 complaints are: First the room conditions seem as though repairs were needed to be done as there was foam filling of some sort to patch up holes. It was very weird but we went with it. Second was the loudest coming from the bar under us. Not sure if the noise...

“The staff was awesome! The Wifi not so much we had to move to another room as the wifi did not extend well to our room. Another customer was booked into a handicapped room and they move him into another room very friendly and nicely.”

“The staff were fighting at the front desk so it took over 10 minutes to check in. Literally arguing in front of us at customers.”

“The room seemed clean. It was very chilly and has a very loud heater to get it up to temperature. There were no clothes hangers at all. It had a coffee machine but no plug in near it. The room was quite dark and there was a shortage of plug ins. An extra blanker would have been nice. It was nice to have a small fridge in the room”

“Booked this for my dad and sister, the staff was friendly, parking was good. Unfortunately the bath had two holes in it. One was repaired with putty, the second wasn’t repaired so my dad was unable to take a bath. Beds were clean and all other areas In the room was good.”

“This property needs a major overhaul. The staff was kind and accommodating but the building itself is in poor condition. Screens on the windows were worn and many coming apart, bathroom was outdated, and the smell of the room was very unpleasant. I felt they were masking or covering up a very bad odor it came across as overbearing to the point our clothes smelled like it in the morning. Disappointing, again polite staff but room.....not so good.”

“Nice Best Western property. Nicely updated rooms, nice pool, nice little gym, great hot tub, employees were very nice. The rate was good compared to other properties of similar caliber in town. Only downer is the location. Not much around to walk to, but only 5-10 mins to downtown Coeur d'Alene. Would stay there again for sure.”

“Nice suite for families. No frills room, but clean and comfortable. This is the second time we stayed at this hotel and we will stay again, if needed.”

“It’s your typical Comfort Inn We were there for several days and to explore the bike trails. Location good for what we were doing. We requested cleaning service daily because we knew we would need fresh towels etc -when we returned hot & dirty we didn’t have fresh towels or shampoo/conditioner so had to call down for someone to bring them up then we requested cleaning service again and they finally got it right. Wish hotel would acknowledge membership even if you book thru 3rd party that’s lame...

“We stayed on the MainStay Suites side. The room itself was pretty good - had been remodeled somewhat recently and the bed was clean and comfortable. Our sofa had some stuff on it and our bathroom ceiling had mold on it, so that was unsettling. Staff was pleasant at check in and check out.”
