Hotel vicino a Kashmir Point - Islamabad

“The place was neat and clean, walkable distance to mall road. It was in a quite location. Staff was helpful and the food at their restaurant was good (we had a breakfast there only). Although 1) standard room looked much better on pictures than in real life 2) the ad says the price includes breakfast while it actually doesn’t. ”

“Flited dirty carpet on the floor . Toilet flush system no working and around the bed area on the carpet are full of sand, bugs are crowing on the carpets. 10 - inches small black & white TV and remote was inop. Wi Fi, Internet was not working. It was messed up completely our stay in the hotel. Asking counter desk, to meeting with the manager on Sunday evening & next morning before leaving the hotel but he haven't, shown up for meeting.”
