“All’arrivo il check in è stato sbrigativo, la persona alla reception ci ha chiesto il documento a gesti e fatto la chiave della camera senza nemmeno salutarci nè spiegarci i servizi dell’hotel.
La camera era un po’ rumorosa (verso l’esterno), ma tutto sommato confortevole, peccato che nel bagno mancavassero gli asciugamani per entrambi e sul pavimento abbiamo trovato capelli e altro sporco.
Per riassumere: la struttura offrirebbe molto, ma il personale non la valorizza adeguatamente nei...

“We had a non-smoking room and on our first night we had white smoke pouring through our bathroom vent into our room. The whole room stunk of cigarette smoke and when we went down to ask for another room the lady at the desk was super argumentative. No pool or hot tub as shown is the hotel info I reviewed. Was told they shut it down during Covid and never restored them after. False advertising, not worth the money at all. ”

“The room is a get way you pay for.. It felt really D.I.Y. for everything. I let the front desk know after we checked in that the bathroom sink was leaking. They said they couldn't get anyone there until the next morning, but nobody ever showed for the entire stay. We had to keep it cleaned up with a bucket underneath. They told us they had nowhere else to put us either, which seemed odd as there was hardly anyone there and not hardly any cars either… Bed was comfortable.
