“So let me start with a positive. It is a very clean hotel at least by 2026 standards unfortunately but it felt clean. Very no nonsense hotel elevator reeks of marijuana and the fire alarm went off at 4:44 AM on my first night there for some reason they just said we’ll fix it. TV has a mind of its own would turn off and on like another remote control was controlling it or something. “AC is the one olds in the wall, everything was cracked or rusted, pictures do NOT match the hotel. Pool is extremely small and dirty, windows were busted open on the second floor, breakfast was horrible, work out room had 4 machines.”

“I discovered the TV screen in the living area was shattered after plugging it in. The AC in the room halfway worked; the little door to the buttons department was broken off. The room alarm clock and hairdryer were missing. I ended up having to go to work with my hair up in a bun, wet. After notifying the front desk, I was not asked if I needed those items replaced or for me to change rooms. I actually stayed at this hotel a week prior and had no issues.”

“The room was nice and accomodating. I found it surprising, however, that the room only had two USB ports in the entire room, and those were on the wall directly between the two beds...not very accomodating for someone needing to use a computer at the table. Additionally, of those two USB ports, only one was working; the other was clearly damaged and you couldn't even plug a USB device into the port. When I mentioned this to the front desk, I was told, "I didn't think those even worked. I guess...

“Clean rooms, decent breakfast, attentive staff”

“There needs to be something placed on the shower floor to prevent slipping in the shower. We both slipped. Also there is mold growing on the lip inside the shower. There were but q few tissues in tissue container. Lastly, the extra charge of $25.00 for nessitiies and then not refunding it and telling us to call our bank to get the money....”
