My first night was unexpected—I needed an ambulance to the local hospital after a fall on the ferry—but the staff at Bay Vista were incredibly attentive throughout the whole ordeal. They checked on me during the ambulance visit and followed up the next day to make sure I was doing okay (four sutures along my hairline). Kind receptionists helped us customise a day trip - booking a (30 min.) ride with the ferry to Bay of Most Coves and getting permission to walk on a private track (90 min.) linking to The Queen Charlotte Track (4 hrs).
