“While the overall hotel was very clean I would definitely not stay at this location again. We are in the Mesquite area often and this was our first time at Hampton Inn & Suites. Overall horrible staff. I’ve never felt more UNwelcomed at a hotel. We arrived early and my husband wasn’t feeling well so we requested to check in. We absolutely wanted to pay, it was 2 hours early. “We were there for one night. The electric wall outlets would not hold or support a phone charger when plugged in. The phone charger would fall out of the wall outlet. There were some gouges in the wall above the head boards that needed to be repainted. Hallway carpets need to be cleaned. Elevator button/lock was pushed into the wall and needed repaired.
