Hotel a Kearney

“Per Expedia I chose the option to pay at property. Upon arrival my friend whom I made the reservation for (with my card) was not allowed to check in or substitute his card for payment as we usually do. They insisted upon taking my driver's license and entering info from it (why?), charged my card for the room and also charged a "surcharge" in case of damage to maybe get refunded later. I have never experienced anything like this in all my travels, and did not agree to any of this. It was my...

“We didn't stay because the pool was closed becausw the health department closed it and that was the whole reason for the room. The guy said he wouldn't check me in and the money would be refunded. That has yet to happen. Would not recommend.”

“Staff was exceptionally kind and helpful. Outside noise was very loud in our room street side. The sitter conditioning auto set itself and the room was hot at night! Breakfast was the same every morning and limited seating so ate in our room for breakfast. Loved the view of Kansas City Stadium! The pool was not able to be used so that was a disappointment. However with the homeless population around the area not sure I would want to swim outdoors. It is also very unfortunate that there are...

“The hotel and grounds were lovely and clean. The breakfast was great and lots of choice. Rooms ideal as there was a large TV, fridge and microwave (also air con) Housekeeping every day and all the staff were lovely. The only downside for me was the location as about 6 miles to the city. You either have to drive or be prepared to pay for an Uber. Overall a very nice stay :)”
