“Went for the hot tub called before we went said yes it was working to only get there and they say that it was dirty. On top of no hot water in our room. The hallways smell like mold. Cats walking all over people vechiles”

In addition, my spouse and I made every effort to avoid using the bed throughout the night due to the condition of the room. “One elevator and it was shared by cleaning staff and guests, also very slow. Keyed rooms doors did not work well and had to have my keys redone both days of our stay. The staff were kind and helped each time. ”
