“The room was fine nothing special. The mattress seemed to be old. Everytime my husband moved I moved too. Very uncomfortable sleep. The worst part was the location, the hotel is extremely spread out in separate buildings , we are handicapped and we’re put in the furthest building with all handicapped parking taken with no handicap tag or hangers on almost all the cars parked in handicap and from the same county (Dougherty) who’s is almost 3 hours South. “Great front desk clerk! Wonderful breakfast cook! Nice bed!”

“Front desk was super helpful and Isabelle did a great job of accommodating me. The one problem is the maintenance of the property. 1st room was 81 degrees, second room had the whole electric outlet come out the wall. I must also say that breakfast at places where people stay for months and weeks at a time should have a better option than just boiled eggs and yogurt. Just my opinion”

“My husband has a neck injury and balance issues. The elevator was out for service and there were no lower floor rooms at first. When the desk employee called the manager we got a saved room on the bottom floor. The bathroom hadn’t been cleaned recently and there was mold in the shower. We paid extra for 2 Queen beds and had to take a King bed. It was the circumstances with the elevator that made the stay less than expected. This information should be communicated to Expedia for travelers...

“Shower curtains too short. Approx 12” from floor which causes the floor to get extremely wet. This cause a slip hazard and injuries. Please lower the curtains.”
