“Orrore di albergo!!!”

“I was thrilled with the location. Very short walk into town, and had plenty of parking. Checking in was a breeze by just using codes to the doors. My first impression walking into the building was that it smelled VERY clean. My room was spotless, bright and charming. I stayed in Room #8, and it was the perfect size for a single or a couple. The ONLY thing I wish it had was a blow dryer, but that is a VERY minor mark. 5 stars all around, and will stay here again!”

“Clean room, decent breakfast, free parking”

“I was double charged, bought my stay and passes through expedia. Upon arrival they took my card and said there would be a 5 charge but would drop off. By the time I got in my room they had charged my card 618 dollars, when I immediately went back to front desk, they said it was for the room and parking for the 2 nights, I explained I already paid . They said again it would drop off after they were paid by expedia. Well for 2 nights 3 days I tried to get them to explain and remove the charges. I...

“The continental breakfast was good - a variety of fresh baked goods, yogurts, fresh fruits, granola, teas, and the coffee was excellent! It would have been nice to enjoy a hot breakfast on the cold and gloomy morning that we were there, though. We enjoyed meeting our friendly host, Joe, and had a nice conversation with him as he explained the history of the property and some future kitchen renovations he has in the works. There were multiple spots of Black Mold on the bathroom ceiling and cockroaches running around in the bathroom. There was one stained and worn chair in the room and two damaged lamps.
