“Change bed skirting at least! The bed cover had holes all around it. Paint ceiling if you’re gonna patch it! My wife thought the hair dryer was gonna explode. Anyways, great location. Easy highway access.”

“Outdoor parking is helpful for larger/taller trucks. Breakfast was fantastic. Quiet location. Bathroom wasn’t as clean as what I would’ve expected, but wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.”

“The television did not work on arrival, and it took the staff person 3 hours to come fix it. The was no microwave in the room, no coffee pot, and there was no breakfast or coffee in the lobby in the morning at 7:30 am when we left. Our key card quit working and I had to make 3 trips to the office and it still never worked again. The staff person was terribly unhelpful! I had to wait outside my room for a 1/2 hour because my husband was in the shower and couldn’t hear me knocking over the fan in...

“Awful smell in room ”

“Had to ask for towels and coffee after check in since they hadn’t been provided in room. The door to the room was very heavy to open. No bench or seating provided out side for smokers.”

“The management staff was phenomenal. Unfortunately the hotel was oversold and there was no room available for me. The manager did his best to make this disappointing event less stressful.”

“Great set up. Well stocked with what we needed. Unfortunately on the alley beside our room there is a metal grate covering a hole in the road which makes a loud banging noise every time a car runs over it. We and other couples who stayed there had difficulty sleeping due to this. ”

“Clean, convenient location despite ongoing construction in the vicinity. Adequate green space to walk my little dog who was comfortable in this nice Hampton!”

“Great location for exploring Covington. The place was comfortable and spacious enough for my family to enjoy time together.”

“It was discouraging that there was so much rust and just shoddy looking fixtures in bathroom and the upholstery on table chairs was cracked and broken in places with stuffing showing. Also, while it was fine not to have fresh linens & towels each day, we did not understand why the bed was not made. This was a very basic room for shelter that thankfully was clean, but was shabby and not welcoming, I’m sorry to say.”
