“I rented a two-bedroom unit. The bedrooms and living room were very clean and well maintained. The kitchen could use a bit more attention in terms of cleanliness. The view was great, and the unit itself was spacious and comfortable.”

“We returned after honeymooning 20 years ago. We stayed in Wailea before. This time we enjoyed the close proximity of the whaler village and their restaurants along with the ability to cook with the fully stocked kitchen. Staff were friendly and helpful Wonderful place and will try to stay here again. Hopefully not another 20 years before we are back to beautiful Maui 😊”

“Si tratta di un resort composto da appartamenti di varie metrature e dotati di ogni comfort. Un ristorante vicino alla puscina, altri locali e Shopping center a 5-10 min in auto. La spiaggia non è granché e le onde con il fondale prevalentemente roccioso rendono a volte difficile nuotare in sicurezza, ma d'altra parte si è a Maui.”

“The hotel room had more appliances than was listed or shown in the pictures which was a pleasant surprise. The one complaint was the AC was not working very well. ”

Abbiamo usufruito sia del ristorante che del beach bar e del loro cafè. Il personale è molto gentile e la struttura ed il giardino sono ben tenuti. In questo momento stanno ristrutturando una delle due piscine. La spiaggia di fronte è una bella spiaggia di sabbia sottile con acqua cristalline, abbiamo visto anche una tartaruga nuotare. “Clean”

“Innanzitutto non è un Hotel come presentato sul sito. È un residence,senza servizi di pulizia giornaliera , senza servizi in camera. I riatoranti sono due,estremamente cari con menu limitati americani scadenti. Non è possivile avere un caffe latte a colazione ,no continental breakfast. Struttura per pubblico americano”

“Beautiful resort. We didn't have a view of the beach as that was a significant upcharge. They could use more seating around the pool area.”

“We had a great stay with two other couples. The unit is well kept as are the grounds. Some good places to eat without having to drive. My only criticism is that none of the lights are very bright except those in the kitchen. We could not play cards at the dinning table because of this. We had to arrange chairs around the kitchen counter.”

“Excellent beautiful place/location. Front desk needs help. Over hour to check in, no apologies and no one in front of us. Just sat behind their computers??? What was happening? No communication was. Got mail I was expecting, no call, email or msg to room. I pressed on check out and they found it. Front desk help needed”

“Went for our honeymoon and the Whaler didn’t disappoint. The room was clean and set up pretty well. The communication and follow up was the best I’ve experienced, we wanted to experience a bunch of local spots and the staff was extremely nice and helpful. The location is perfect. Very centralized to snorkeling, pool, or the ocean. A bunch of good food in walking distance and even some others for a short drive. Was able to whale watch from the room and a short walk to black rock we seen dolphins....

“We liked the property. The condo itself was very nice and we were pleased with everything except for the air conditioning. It wouldn’t cool the entire space. The evenings were quite hot and we were required to keep the small window unit on 74 at all times which we did. We had no idea where to drop the trash, and very little info on how to exit. Had a hard time finding the laundry rooms and had to get help on how to pay, plus we were yelled at for accidentally moving our chairs across the...
